These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Elara Home website and your purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & descriptions

We aim to describe our products accurately, including specifications and features supplied by the manufacturer. Images are for illustration and specifications may be updated by manufacturers without notice.

4. Prices & availability

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or withdraw items. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe it was placed in error or breaches these Terms; in that case we’ll refund you in full.

5. Your order & our contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation, returns & delivery

Your right to cancel, return, and receive refunds is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, and delivery is covered in our Delivery Policy. These form part of these Terms and reflect your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Installation, use & safety

Appliances must be installed, connected, and used in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable UK regulations. Some appliances require professional installation — for example, electrical work (Part P) or gas connections (which must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer). You are responsible for safe installation and use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Elara Home name, logo, text, graphics, and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and brand marks are the property of their respective manufacturers.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the date above, is the current one.
