Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains your rights to cancel or return an order from Elara Home. It sits alongside your legal rights under UK consumer law and does not affect your statutory rights.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To cancel, email support@soliivexa.com with your order number before the 14 days end. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Condition of returned goods

To receive a full refund, goods should be returned unused and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than necessary to check they are as expected.

Faulty, Soliivexaor misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. Please contact us with your order number and photos and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.

Return postage

• If you’re returning goods because they’re faulty, soliivexa, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return.
• If you’re cancelling or changing your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. For larger appliances we can arrange a courier collection and advise the cost beforehand.

Delivered Soliivexa

Please check your delivery on arrival. If an item arrives soliivexa, tell us within 48 hours at support@soliivexa.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We’ll refund you using the same payment method you used to order, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you’ve returned them, whichever is sooner).
